Elysian Fields Magic will provide professionally crafted products in a timely manner as specified in the order, invoice, or contract. We appreciate your business and we are honored that you have chosen us. We guarantee that the flavors, size, and general design elements will be met as outlined. If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please let us know at the time you receive your order.

Our Return & Refund Policy

For most perishable items baked and crafted by our skilled staff (excluding custom-ordered cakes, listed separately below), our refund policy is as follows:

• If you place a pre-order and do not pick up your order, we cannot give a refund. If something has prevented you from picking up your order, please contact our storefront by phone or email as soon as possible. We will do our best to make accommodations, but we cannot make any guarantees.

• If you do not pick up your order and need it at a later date, you will have to pay for both. We cannot resell any product that is not picked up by the customer.

• If there is a defect in your product, please contact us directly by email. Return the item promptly, or the portion remaining, within 2 days of pick up. If we determine there is a quality deficiency, we will provide you a proportionate refund for the amount returned. We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves.

• If you try one of our products and just don't care for it, then we hope you try something different next time; however, a refund will not be given.

• Cancellations and/or changes for cake orders must be made at least 2 business days in advance of the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Please email us directly with any changes, and know that not all changes can be accommodated. Store credit will be issued for cancellations received with proper notice. Your store credit expires one year from the date of issue. No cash refunds.

• No refund will be given ever for an amount in excess of the original purchase price, regardless of circumstance.

For special-order or wedding cakes, our changes/cancellations and refund policy is as follows:

• Please be sure you want the cake before placing the order. Changes may be made to the decoration of the cake with seven (7) business days notice. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT.

• We require at least a 50% deposit for all large, specialty, or wedding cake orders; this deposit is required to secure the date.

• You must contact us at least seven (7) days prior of the order pickup/delivery date to make any changes to the original order.

• You must contact us at least seven (7) days prior of the order pickup/delivery date to cancel, after which a full refund of the deposit will be granted.

• Your final payment must also be made at least seven (7) days prior to the order pickup/delivery.

• If Elysian Fields is providing the delivery of the cake, we are responsible for the cake until it reaches its destination. We are not responsible for orders once they leave our possession or premises. We will however provide instructions for transportation, storage, and serving.

• Elysian Fields reserves the right to use pictures of any cake or order created by our staff in any way it deems fit, including, but not limited to, postings on social media and advertisement.

• Special orders that are not picked up will not be refunded, and will be considered abandoned.

All sales made on retail items, including non-perishable goods (such as perfume and candles) and perishable goods (such as baked goods, confections, coffee, and tea), are final.

Elysian Fields reserves the right to modify its exchange/return policy at any time.

Deposits, Payments, Cancellations

Payment is due at moment of ordering. If working on a large or custom order, we can negotiate a payment schedule. Please contact us to discuss options.

For large or custom orders, there will be no refunds given for orders cancelled inside of seven (7) business days. For cancellations with more than seven (7) business days’ notice, refund may be given.

If full payment is not received by the pickup or delivery date, the order may be cancelled.

Allergy & Health Disclaimer

Please be aware that although we have strict processes in place to prevent cross-contact, there is still a slight risk of the presence of any allergen.

Our products are intended as inspiration, exploration, and experimentation, and are in no way meant to replace treatment, care, or diagnosis by qualified physicians or therapists.

Allergens found in our bakery include but are not limited to:

• Nuts and Nut By-Products

• Eggs and Egg By-Products

• Milk and Dairy Products

• Wheat

Design Variations

Although we make every attempt to provide an exact design and to match specifications, the final product may be subject to slight variations. Our photos are representative of what you will receive, but the coloring, size, and gathering of each product might be slightly different than depicted. Our products are derived from nature and, in her diversity, no two are ever identical. These small differences signify the life, complexity, and uniqueness of our own significant connection in exploring nature.

Delivery Terms

As our products as handcrafted and made to order, 3-5 business days may be needed to complete an order. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible once complete.

Photographs and Marketing

All photographs, text, and content are the legal intellectual property of and owned by Elysian Fields, and may not be used without the express, written consent of Elysian Fields.

We respect the privacy of all our customers. We will not disclose the identity of customers (photographs of people, last names, order details, contract details) without permission. We do however, reserve the right to photograph products and use those photos on our website, social media, or marketing materials. We also reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
